In our best effort to assist and guide them, we offer an Independent Living program that includes the services of round the clock emergency life safety systems; dietary and nutritional counseling; nursing assessment and consultation; pharmacy services; personal laundry facilities; leisure activities; weekly housekeeping; weekly changing of bed linens and towels; daily meals; café snacks and refreshments; and our wellness program.
Supportive Living
At Kingsway Arms our Supportive Living program enables our residents to continue to age-in-place by providing increased levels of assisted care as needed. This program includes round the clock health care; 24 hour emergency life safety systems; dietary and nutritional counseling; nursing assessment and consultation; pharmacy service; leisure activities; a weekly change of bed linens and towels; personal laundry facilities; daily bed making; three daily meals and snacks; daily medication administration; and one full service shower in the privacy of your own suite.
Dementia Care
When ordinary care is not enough, Kingsway Arms can respond to your needs through Memory Lane. It is like a breath of fresh air as an option for dementia care. Anxiety is reduced by having everything necessary for daily living within easy accessibility. Wide halls allow easy maneuvering and we provide strategic cues to assist with everyday tasks. The dedicated Memory Lane lounge is reminiscent of the comforts of home. In Memory Lane the focus remains on each individual, where every spark of clarity is celebrated.
Ageing In Place
Some seniors, as they age, may require additional care and support. To maintain as much of their independence as possible, we offer services that allow seniors to continue spending time with friends, eating well, participating in activities and enjoying their life at Kingsway Arms. These services include AM/PM care (personal hygiene and dressing), Incontinence Assistance, Ambulatory Assistance and Bathing Assistance.
Short-Term & Hotel Stays
Kingsway Arms offer short-term respite and convalescent care stays that include furnished suites with cable TV and telephone; 24 hour staffing; medication administration; rehab programs; delicious meals and snacks; and our full social activities calendar. We also offer hotel stays for your out-of-town visiting guests who will be welcomed and pampered by our endearing staff.
